RADA in Business has released a research report that highlights how the art of communication plays a key part in professional success.

The report comprises the views and experiences of business people from across the UK, and gives corporate professionals a masterclass in how to communicate with clarity and impact, explaining how RADA in Business applies actor training techniques to the workplace so that business professionals can present the best version of themselves when it matters the most.

As well as revealing how many business professionals lack confidence in their ability to communicate as well as they would like to, the report also includes helpful tips from RADA in Business’ world-leading communication tutors on how to make your entrance through to adapting your leadership style.

RADA in Business had an exciting and successful week celebrating International Women's Day, Omniwomen UK and WOW Festival last week as our communications skills training helped women to 'Be Bold For Change' in the workplace.

On Wednesday 8 March, we joined companies and individuals across the world to mark International Women's Day (IWD). Our social media campaign shared pledges from delegates, tutors and the team in the office, showing how they planned to put RADA in Business training into practice to 'Be Bold For Change' - the theme of this year's IWD. Both women and men joined the initiative, with pledges covering many different themes: speaking up and getting your voice heard, standing tall whatever your height, projecting gravitas and authenticity, and empowering others to achieve their ambitions. We were thrilled to join in the worldwide initiative, aiming to create a more positive and gender inclusive working world. You can see the highlights of our campaign here.

As well as collecting pledges from our network, RADA in Business trained over 200 women this week at Omniwomen UK and WOW Festival.

This year's International Women's Day 2017 will be celebrated on Wednesday 8 March, with the theme of #BeBoldForChange. RADA in Business is joining the initiative by celebrating our own stories of transformation amongst the RADA Women in Business network.

Many of our delegates already keep in touch with us to share how they have been bold in making change. In the lead-up to 8 March we have invited more to share their pledges on how they will #BeBoldForChange to forge a better working world - a more gender inclusive world.
